By Advance Appointment ONLY

Mondays and Tuesdays, February 1 – April 12, 2021
Downtown Eugene Public Library

Volunteers from the Association of American Retired Persons (AARP) provide free assistance with Federal and Oregon returns for seniors and low and middle income taxpayers. Service preference is given to seniors and people with disabilities.

When the local AARP call center opens, you can call to make an appointment.

Scheduling an appointment: For information on how to make an appointment, as well as what the process for filing your taxes looks like, please visit the local AARP website.

Assistance in Spanish: A Spanish interpreter will not be available at the library. To ensure correct filing, bring an interpreter if needed.

Local Tax Aide Sites: Please refer to the local AARP website.

COVID-19 Requirements:

  • Masks required for all in-person appointments.
  • Only 2 people allowed per tax return appointment, 1 person preferred. No children allowed.

Forms to Bring with you are also on the local AARP website. Important: You must have all of your tax documents as hard copies, not as documents on your smart phone or computer, in order for the AARP volunteers to complete your return.
